Here at Glodenlux Hair Extensions our mission is to ensure our customers are satisfied. If you are not satisfied with your hair, please make sure to contact us by email first at email@example.com. All merchandise that are being returned must be unworn, unwashed, original lace (not cut) and have the original curl pattern. (Undispersed) We will provide a refund on unopened hair within (15) days of the date that you received your hair.
If you are returning the product due to defective problems such as damaged by the carrier we will issue a full return to the customer including the return shipping fee.
If the customer is returning the item due to issues such as: don’t like or want hair, ordered wrong product and size, only the cost of the hair will be refunded and the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be issued to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the order has been received. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. Some financial institutions can take up to 3 -5 business days to process the refund to the payment method.
Customer Pays Return Shipping -----> If you placed the incorrect order or to change length, color... etc
Glodenlux Pays Return Shipping -----> If incorrect product shipped or quality issue
* We do not except return or exchanges on products that were disturbed in any way (IE: washed, conditioned, used, damaged, dyed, not it's original shipping state)
